Shipping & Returns
In stock merchandise will normally arrive in 3-6 business days after order is received. You can determine your accurate shipping charges for your order when you reach your checkout page. By filling in your Country, State and Zip Code accurate shipping charges will display for your order. You can then select the Update button and your selected shipping charges will be added to your order to display your correct total. All orders ship via US Priority Mail, United Parcel Service or Federal Express. Once order is shipped all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Crystiques.Com values its customers and respects their privacy. We collect customer information in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, contests, and promotions. Crystiques.com recognizes that it must maintain and use customer information responsibly. We do not sell or rent the information you provide to us online to third parties. If our information practices change in the future, we will let you know by posting the policy changes on our web site or by communicating directly with you. We will notify you of any such changes before we use your information in a manner not previously disclosed in our privacy policy. You will have the opportunity at that time to opt out of any new use of your information.
Returns & Exchange Policy:
Crystiques Ltd offers a 30 day return and exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you can return it for a full refund or exchange. Crystiques Ltd will only accept New products back that have not been worn or damaged. All products that are returned must include the original receipt of purchase plus must be returned in the original package that they shipped in. We place two security tags on each of our designer shirts. These shirts are inspected by our quality control inspectors before each order is packaged. Each tag is given a specific code # number. Before returning any designer shirt you must call us at (330)652-7052 to receive a return goods authorization number. We will at this time log your security tag code numbers off your designer shirt before RGA number is issued. If you are unable to provide the products security tag numbers upon our request, product will be deemed non- returnable/ non-refundable with NO EXCEPTIONS. Once RGA number is issued you must clearly write the RGA number on the top of the box or package your returning plus the RGA number must be clearly written on the copied sales invoice. We will not accept any returned product that arrives at Crystiques Ltd without the proper RGA number on the box, plus a copy of the original sales receipt and returned within the products original packaging. All return shipping and handling charges are the customer's responsibility. We do not refund return shipping and handling charges. Once we receive the return product, it will be directed to the attention of our quality control inspectors. There it will be inspected for signs of wear and also checked to make sure security tags are intact and unhampered. NOTE: No Security Tags Intact, NO Refund! Once returned item passes thru our inspection process credit for the item minus shipping and handling charge will be credited back to the credit card used at the original date of purchase. Any return that doesn't meet our return guidelines listed within our policy will be returned to customer at their expense. The customer will be contacted by a Crystiques Ltd customer service representative and asked for a method of payment to cover return shipping and handling charge of $8.95.
